Decommissioning, dismantling, environmental protection
DANGER!
Contact with live components can be fatal
Before commencing dismantling, ensure that the device has been fully isolated
from the power supply. Activated electrical components can make uncontrolled
movements and lead to serious injury.
NOTICE!
Material damage due to using incorrect tools!
Use of the wrong tool can cause damage to property. Only use the correct
tools.
The procedure for dismantling is as follows:
DANGER!
During dismantling, it is imperative to ensure that appropriate personal
protective equipment (PPE) is used!
1.
Make sure you have sufficient space before starting all tasks.
2.
Drain operating fluids and consumables and remove the remaining processing
materials; dispose of them in an environmentally-friendly way.
3.
Then clean assemblies and components correctly, and dismantle prevailing local
health and safety and environmental protection regulations into consideration.
4.
Always handle open, sharp-edged components carefully.
Suitable protective gloves must be worn.
5.
Keep the workplace tidy and clean.
DANGER!
Loosely stacked components and tools (or leaving components and tools lying
around) can cause accidents.
1.
Depressurise the system and pressure line.
2.
Disassemble the components professionally.
3.
Observe the heavy weight of some components.
If required, use lifting gear.
4.
Support the components to avoid them falling or tipping.
NOTICE!
If you are uncertain, it is imperative to contact the manufacturer.
