1 Metering head screws (4 pcs.)
2 Pump head
3 Suction valve
4 Pressure valve
5 Diaphragm
6a Intermediate plate without sensor
1.
Unscrew the suction and pressure valves (items 3 and 4).
2.
Loosen the metering head screws (item 1).
3.
Remove the pump head (item 2).
4.
Take out diaphragm (5) and intermediate plate (6a or 6b).
5.
Remove the protective diaphragm (7) from the diaphragm extension (8a or 8b).
6.
Remove diaphragm extension (8a or 8b) from the plunger.
7.
Reverse this procedure for re-installation.
