Mains power supply
CAUTION!
– Work on the mains connection may only be carried out by skilled personnel
who are duly trained and authorised.
– Within the jurisdiction of the EU, the electrical connection should be
performed in line with the latest valid CE regulations.
– In addition, observe the appropriate national regulations and local utility
company regulations.
– The mains voltage value must match the value specified on the nameplate.
The mains cable is pre-assembled at the factory.
Should the mains cable need to be replaced due to local conditions, it is essential
that all the descriptions and instructions given below are observed.
L1 = mains phase (live conductor)
Colour: Brown
N = neutral conductor
Colour: Blue
[Alarm] Alarm output
The following points should be observed during connection:
– Zero-potential contact (relay)
– max. external voltage: 230 V, AC/DC, at max. 3 A
– Reserve signal: Contact is switched on and off on a cyclical basis
(approx. 500 ms on / 500ms off)
If an alarm or an empty signal is present on the pump, the alarm relay is activated
and the contact between pins 2 + 3 is closed.
This function can be inverted,
see
1 = NC (make contact)
2 = Common
3 = NO (break contact)
[Stroke] Metering quantity output
The relay output is closed once with every full stroke of the pump.
Relay output = potential-free transistor output, load 24 V, DC, 300 mA
4 = - (minus)
5 = + (plus)
