Initial start-up

1.
Install the mounting plate and pump in the required location and installation scenario.

Make the hydraulic connections.

If necessary, make the electrical connections for signal inputs.

Connect the mains plug (fitted at the factory) to the power supply.

Switch on the pump using the 'ON/OFF switch'

CAUTION!
When the pump is started for the first time, NO ACCESS CODE is
activated.
To prevent misuse of and/or unintentional adjustment of the system
parameters, the pump software must be protected by the integrated multi-
stage [Access code]. We recommend that you activate the [Access code]
during initial configuration and only disclose the passwords to authorised
persons: Ä Chapter 8.8.4 'Access code' on page 93
Setting an access code also protects the pump against unauthorised
access using a smartphone connected via Bluetooth. If a pump is
not protected, all its functions can be accessed using the EcoAPP.
If an access code has been defined in the pump, this is visible in the
EcoAPP after the access code has been entered there.
