ICOOK™ NON-STICK COOKWARE
(US, CA, UK)
USE & CARE INSTRUCTIONS
PRECISION TOOLS FOR ALL THE COOKING YOU DO
The iCOOK™ Non-stick Cookware you have purchased will provide durable,
long lasting performance for all the types of cooking you and your family enjoy.
Our pans are designed for use with all common types of cooktops, which
include gas, electric, glass/ceramic, hob, and induction range. The non-stick
surface makes it possible to cook without added oils or fats for healthy, low-
fat food preparation. These versatile pans are perfect for omelettes, eggs,
fish fillets, poultry, sautéing vegetables or meats, and cooking with cheese.
The performance of your iCOOK™ Non-stick Pan is dependent upon proper
use and care. Please read and follow these instructions carefully, so that
you will thoroughly enjoy your pan and not cause damage that will void the
Warranty.
CAUTION: Do not use with high heat. High heat (>232°C) will permanently
damage the non-stick coating of this pan and will void any warranty.
Use on Low to Medium heat settings only.
USE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Before First Use: Wash pan in solution of DISH DROPS™ Concentrated
Dishwashing Liquid and vinegar to remove any lingering manufacturing oils
and polishes. Rinse and dry thoroughly after washing. Do not use abrasive
cleaners or cleaning products.
• Do Not Use Cooking Sprays: These will leave a gummy residue in the pan
that is difficult to remove. Over time, the residue will brown and discolour,
marring the appearance of the pan, and alter the taste of food.
• Use Correct Burner Size: The diameter of the pan should correspond
with the diameter of the cooktop being used. If cooking on a gas unit, the
flame should not extend up the side of the pans. If the burner is larger than
the pan, direct heat can damage the handle.
• Use only on Low or Medium Heat: High heat can cause food to scorch
or burn, discolour the pan, and damage the non-stick interior. Oven use
not to exceed 204°C.
• Use Utensils with Care: Use nylon, plastic, rubber, coated or wooden
utensils to maintain the appearance and performance of the non-stick
interior. NEVER CUT OR SLICE FOODS IN THE PAN WITH A KNIFE
OR METAL UTENSIL.
- When frying food, it is recommended that the cooking oil in the pan
does not exceed one-third of the volume of the pan body to ensure
that the oil does not spill while adding the food. Do not add water or
wet food into boiling oil.
- If the lid is needed to cover during cooking, please place it on the pan
smoothly. To avoid friction between the lid and the pan, which will
damage the coating, please do not turn the lid.
- Do not rinse the lid and pan with cold water immediately after cooking,
in order to avoid damage due to thermal shock.
• Browning Meat: After meat is removed, let the pan cool, fill it with hot
water and DISH DROPS™ Concentrated Dishwashing Liquid and let it
soak. Food and grease residue, if left on pan that is reheated, can stain
the non-stick interior.
• Avoid Sudden Temperature Changes: To avoid warping, never allow a
hot pan to come in contact with cold water. Avoid extensive preheating of
empty pans, as it could damage or discolour the non-stick interior.
• Hand Wash and Dry as Soon as Possible after each use with DISH
DROPS™ Concentrated Dishwashing Liquid and hot water, then towel
dry. Leaving food in your pan for long periods of time may lessen non-stick
properties or cause the non-stick surface to lose effectiveness. Do not use
automatic dishwasher to clean the cookware as it will dull the appearance
of the handles, and may damage the non-stick coating. Hard water spots
(white film) can be avoided by hand drying the pan immediately after each
cleaning. Hard water spots noticed after pans are allowed to air dry can be
easily removed by wiping pan interior with lemon juice or vinegar.
• Do Not Use Abrasive Cleaners or Pads: These will damage the non-stick
interior and scratch the exterior. For burned-on spots caused by higher
than recommended cooking temperatures, use a non-abrasive cleaner.
2
• Avoid Using Cookware for Food Storage: Prolonged exposure to salty
or acidic foods may cause corrosion.
• Do Not Stack or Nest Pans without a protective layer between surfaces
to avoid damaging scratches to the non-stick coating
• Do not heat the pan without supervision and keep children away
from the hot pan.
WARRANTY (UK)
1. Warranty
Amway* warrants that the iCOOK™ Non-Stick Cookware (the "Cookware")
will not prove defective (as defined below), under normal use for five (5) years
from the date of original purchase. An item will be considered "defective"
if it is defective in materials or workmanship and if the defect materially
impairs the performance or value of the Cookware to the original purchaser
(the "Purchaser").
2. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
(a) Any Cookware that has been subjected to any use that is different
from, or inconsistent with, the instructions for use.
(b) Any Cookware that has been subjected to any abuse, accident, physical
damage, misuse, alterations, neglect, or improper temperature.
3. Rights of the Purchaser
If any Cookware that has not been subjected to abuse, accident, physical
damage, misuse, alterations, neglect, or improper temperature, proves to
have been defective during the warranty period, Amway will, at Purchaser's
option and subject to timely notification of the claimed defect, either repair
or replace the defective item at its expense, or refund an appropriate part
of the price of the item to the Purchaser.
4. Claim
In order to make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must notify
Amway of the defect, in writing, within two (2) months after the defect has
been discovered, but in all events no later than two (2) months after the end
of the applicable warranty period.
The Purchaser must provide proof of purchase, i.e., the invoice for the
Cookware or other proof of purchase.
5. Limitations
This Warranty will not be valid if a third party has materially altered the item
to repair it.
Unless otherwise required under European Union and national laws, this
Warranty sets forth the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies for any
defect in the Cookware.
Unless otherwise required under European Union and national laws, THE

IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND ANY OTHER NON-DISCLAIMABLE WARRANTIES
IMPOSED BY EUROPEAN UNION AND NATIONAL LAWS. NO SUCH
NON-DISCLAIMABLE WARRANTY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, SHALL BE FOR TERMS EXTENDING BEYOND THE DURATION
OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, some legal jurisdictions do not allow limitations
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not
apply to you.
Insofar as it is permitted under European Union and national laws, Amway
accepts no liability for incidental or consequential damages. Some legal
jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages,
so this exclusion may not apply to you.
This Warranty does not affect the Purchaser's statutory rights under applicable
national laws in force.
Unless otherwise required under European Union and national laws, no
person is authorised to modify or expand the Warranty provided herein, waive
any of the conditions and limitations of this Warranty, or make any different
or additional warranties with respect to the Cookware. Any statements to
the contrary shall be of no effect unless made in writing and signed by an
authorised representative of Amway.
