4. Preparation

4.7.6- Lowering the outlet chute

When transporting the machine, the outlet
chute must be lowered. This procedure
prevents damage and accidents from
occurring in the case of contact with trees,
the power grid, etc. To lower it, proceed as
follows:
CAUTION!
Do not carry the machine with the chute
lifted. Any contact with the power grid
can result in an electric shock and/or
electrocution accident.
Loosen the jam nut (R) and the tensioner

(C);
Remove the counter pin and the pin (D);
2.
Turn the chute to the front of the machine;
3.
Press and hold the 'LOWER THE CHUTE'
4.
button on the Joystick (see the figure
beside);
Move the tractor's hydraulic control lever;
5.
NOTE!
The side to which the lever is moved
(forward or backward) determines
whether the chute will lift or lower.
Take a test and observe.
