2. Always discharge the implemet hydraulic unit pressure by using
the drain manual Valve.
For disconnecting and then reconnecting the accumulators unit
quick connectors the implement hydraulic pressure must always
be discharged by using the drain manual valve: quick connectors
are unusable if the hydraulic circuit is in pressure.
3.1.2 ATTACHMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT
The equipment may be attached to any tractor fi tted out with a
threepoint universal hitch.
The attachment to the tractor is a very dangerous phase for
this reason, it shall be done by one operator only.
Be very careful in following the instructions for the whole
operation. Do not stand on the machine and on the rear whe-
els. Perform all operations from the external perimeter of the
equipment.
The correct position of the tractor/sod-breaker plough is determined
by placing the equipment on a horizontal surface.
1) Hook the lifter bars on the preset pins (1 Fig.9). Block with the
snap split pins.
2) Connect the third upper point (2 Fig.10); the pin will be blocked
with the appropriate split pin; use the adjustment tie-rod (2
Fig.10) to keep the equipment parallel to the ground.
3) Block the movement of the parallels of the tractor on the hori-
zontal plane using the stabilizers provided, so eliminating the
side swaying of the equipment. Check that the tractor hoisting
arms are positioned at the same height from the ground.
Observe all the safety regulations described in paragraph 2.0
of this manual and carefully consult the documentation on the
use of the tractor.
4) With the implement mounted on the tractor, start up the hoist
in order to lift the machine.
5) Lift the support props, as shown in
3.1.3 DETACHMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT
ATTENTION
- Parking the machine is a very dangerous operation for this
reason, it shall be done by one operator only.
- Be very careful to carry out the whole operation following
the instructions.
- Do not remain in the area of action of the equipment.
The operation should be carried out on a solid, horizontal surface,
following the instructions given below:
- Lower the supporting base elements (1 Fig.12)
- Lower the hoist of the tractor.
- Lower the posterior cylinders by propping them on the ground;
- Disconnect the hydraulic pipes from the tractor distributors and
protect the quick couplings with the caps.
- Loosen and unhook the third point, following the fi rst and
