TROUBLES, CAUSES AND CURE
TROUBLES
• The machine does not function (the
relevant switch does not light up on
"ON")
• The machine does not suf f ciently/
uniformly expand the dough ball
• The dish warming up does not
occur or is not suff cient
• By pressing the working cycle
starting push-button, the lower dish
does not move
• During the dough pressing ope-
ration, the dough sticks to the
dishes
• At the end of the dough pressing
operation, the dough is slightly
baked
• At the end of the dough pressing
operation, the dough does not
show the wished width
CAUSES
1) Power supply trouble
1) No parallelism between the di-
shes
2) The dishes are dirty
3) The dish/dishes is/are not warm
enough
4) The dough is not risen
5) The dough is cold or frozen
1) The resistances are damaged
2) The electric resistance contacts
are damaged
3) The thermostats are set at a too
low temperature
1) There is no push-button contact
due to f our and powder
1) The temperature of the dishes is
too low
2) The dishes are dirty
3) The dough is particularly sticky
1) The temperature of the dishes is
too high
2) The closing time of the dishes is
too long
1) The distance between the dishes
is not correct

CURE
1) Check the conditions of plug +
socket + fuses
1) Adjust the dishes by using a
thickness gauge
2) Clean the dishes
3) Check the temperature of the
dishes
4) Check the dough
5) Check the temperature of the
dough
1) Replace the resistances
2) Reset the electric resistance
contacts
3) Reset the thermostat temperatu-
re
1) Clean the starting push-button
1) Adjust the dish temperature (>
120°C) by utilizing the relevant
thermostats
