4.3 - SAFETY DEVICE (Fig. 2)
The machine is provided with following safety systems:
1) All danger areas are protected by safety guards with
screws.
2) the lifting of the lower dish shall occur by using both
hands, since one hand lowers the top (1) and keeps
it lowered, the other hand presses the push-b utton
(2) to start the lifting of the dish (3);
if one of such tw o conditions does not e xist, either
the dish (3) stops (in case the top (1), is released) or
the lo wering motion is re verse (in case the push-
button (2) is released).
3) The top (1) has two functions , one allows the dish
(3) to be lifted, the other one protects the user in the
dough pressing area.
4) The dishes contain a highest temper ature feeler to
stop a dish w arming up (the electr ic resistance is
disabled) in case of temper ature adjustment
thermostat feeler troubles, i. e. in case of a resistance
overtemperature.
4.4 - OPERATOR AREAS (Fig. 3)
During the machine functioning, the user is in front of it
in order to be able to easily insert the dough ball in the
machine as w ell as easily remov e the pressed dough
disc from the machine;concerning allowed positions see
Fig 3 Positions (O).
For maintenance operations, the user may put himself
on the upper machine part - position (T).
4.5 - RESIDUAL DANGER AREAS (Fig. 3)
There are no remaining danger areas.
