Normally, the temperature value to be set for the
upper dish shall approximately be 10 ° C lower than
the temperature to be set to the lower dish, since
the upper dish tends to get less cold than the lower

In case of a lot of work, it is a good rule to set a higher
dish temperature to make sure a proper warming up of
the dishes occurs and the dough does not stick to the
dishes, since the machine standstill period is shorter,
in this case.
The dishes shall be warmed up at a temperature
being not lower than 130 ° C. Under this temperature
value, the dough tends to stick to the dishes.
The dishes shall be warmed up at a temperature not
exceeding 130 ° C. In the event exceed this tempera-
ture value is exceeded, the dough tends to bake.

WARNING
The optimum temperature conditions for both di-
shes shall be found by carrying out tests, since the
temperature strongly depends upon the kind of the
dough to be kneaded (temperature, rising condi-
tions, weight in grams etc...)
Don't use dough cold or frozen.
Upper dish temperature
By pressing the push-button (1) once, the LED (2), which
indicates the upper dish set temperature, blinks, operate
the push-button (3) or (4) to change the value.
To store the set data, go out from the modi f cation menu
by pressing the key "SEL" until ON is displayed.
Lower dish temperature
By pressing the push-button (1) twice, the LED (2), which
indicates the lower dish set temperature, blinks, operate
the push-button (3) or (4) to change the value.
To store the set data, go out from the modi f cation menu
by pressing the key "SEL" until ON is displayed.
