Selection of position for
outside unit
The position for installation of
the outside unit, to obtain the
best performance and prevent
breakdowns or hazards, must have
the following requisites:
- It should be protected from direct
- It should be protected from
atmospheric agents (rain, snow)
and from direct gusts of strong
- It should also be protected from
(gutter drains or watering cans)
- It should stand on a solid surface
able to withstand its weight
- The outside unit must be installed
perfectly level (check with a
bubble level).
If it has to be installed on a wall, use
the special kit with WALL MOUNT
BRACKETS.
Follow the instructions included in
the kit for correct installation.

einwandfreien Funktionsweise
und z u r V o r b e u g u n g v o n
Betriebsstörungen und Gefahren
ist bei der Wahl der Stelle, an der
die Außeneinheit installiert werden
soll, auf Folgendes zu achten:
- D i e E i n h e i t i s t g e g e n
Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt
zu montieren (Abb. 8).
- D i e E i n h e i t i s t g e g e n
Witterungseinflüsse (Regen,
Schnee) und gegen starke
Windböen geschützt zu montieren
(Abb. 9).
- Die Einheit ist gegen Tropfwasser
(aus Blumenvasen, Regenrinnen)
geschützt zu montieren (Abb. 10).
- Die Tragplatte muss dem Gewicht
der Außeneinheit standhalten
(Abb. 11).
- D i e A u ß e n e i n h e i t m u s s
einwandfrei nivelliert sein;
z u r Ü b e r p r ü f u n g i s t e i n e
Wasserwaage zu verwenden.
Soll die Außeneinheit an einer Wand
installiert werden, sind die hierfür
vorgesehenen MONTAGEBÜGEL
zu verwenden.
Für deren Montage sind die in der
Packung beiliegenden Anweisungen
strikt zu befolgen.
