Screw the spark plug (20) back in.

Store the device in a well-ventilated place or area.
12.2 Drain petrol with a petrol extraction pump
(Fig. 13)
In case of storage over a longer period of time, the petrol
must be drained.
1.
Hold a collection container under the hose of the petrol
extraction pump (not included in the scope of delivery).
2.
Unscrew and remove the tank cover (2).
3.
Remove the fuel filter insert (22).
4.
Push the hose of the petrol suction pump into the fuel
tank and drain the petrol completely using the petrol suc-
tion pump.
5.
Reinsert the fuel filter insert (22).
6.
Retighten the tank cover (2).
13. Transport
1.
Empty the fuel tank using a petrol extraction pump (see
section 12.2).
2.
If operational, keep the engine running until the remain-
ing petrol has been used up.
3.
Drain the engine oil from the warm engine (as described
under 11.2.2 Oil change).
4.
Remove the spark plug connector (21) from the spark
plug (20).
5.
Secure the device against slipping using a tension strap,
for example.
6.
The power generator can be lifted and moved via the
handle (1).

Information on packaging
The packaging materials are
recyclable. Please dispose of
packaging in an environmentally
friendly manner.
Information on the German Electrical and Elec-
tronic Equipment Act (ElectroG)
Electrical and electronic appliances do not
belong in household waste, but should be
collected and disposed of separately.
• Used batteries or rechargeable batteries that are not in-
stalled permanently in the old appliance must be removed
non-destructively before disposal. Their disposal is regulat-
ed by the battery law.
• Owners or users of electrical and electronic appliances are
obliged by law to return them after use.
• The end user bears personal responsibility for deleting his
personal data from the old appliance to be disposed of.
• The symbol of the crossed-through rubbish bin means that
electrical and electronic appliances may not be disposed of
in the household rubbish.

• Electrical and electronic appliances can be handed in at
the following places at no charge:
- Public service disposal or collection points (e.g. munici-
pal building yards)
- LIDL offers you return options directly in the shops and
markets. Return and disposal are free of charge.
- Up to three waste electrical devices per type of device,
with an edge length of no more than 25 centimetres, can
be returned free of charge to the manufacturer without
prior purchase of a new device from the manufacturer
or taken to another authorised collection point in your
vicinity.
- Further supplementary take-back conditions of the manu-
facturers and distributors can be obtained from the re-
spective customer service.
• If the manufacturer delivers a new electrical appliance to
a private household, the manufacturer can arrange for the
free collection of the old electrical appliance upon request
from the end user. Please contact the manufacturer's cus-
tomer service for this.
• These statements only apply to appliances that are installed
and sold in the countries of the European Union and are
subject to European Directive 2012/19/EU. Different provi-
sions may apply to the disposal of electrical and electronic
appliances in countries outside the European Union.
Fuels and oils
• Before disposing of the unit, the fuel tank and the engine oil
tank must be emptied!
• Fuel and engine oil do not belong in household waste or
drains, but must be collected or disposed of separately!
• Empty oil and fuel tanks must be disposed of in an environ-
mentally friendly manner.
