those indicated by the Manufacturer:
• Untighten the fi xing nut R with a 17mm wrench.
• Remove the freehub body Q from the home trainer axle.
• Insert completely the new compatible freehub on the axle.
• Tighten the fi xing nut R with the 17mm wrench with a 5Nm
(44in-lbs) tightening torque.
Do not attempt to adapt or use non-compatible
cassettes with the preinstalled freehub body!
Sprocket cassette installation (Pic. 4)
The sprocket cassette does not come with the
product. The customer must purchase a spro-
cket cassette that's compatible with the
bicycle transmission, with the same gear type
and number to the one onstalled on the rear
wheel of the bicycle.
• Assemble the sprocket cassette M on the freehub body Q
by aligning the grooved profi les.
Usually you need 2 spacers B for the 9-speed cassette,1
spacer for the 10-speed cassette and no spacer for the 11/12
speed cassette. Depending on the cassette brand you're
usong there might be differences to what's mentioned above,
if you have any doubts please check the number of spacers
you need with the Manufacturer of the sprocket cassette.
By suing a torque wrench with theextractor O tighten the lo-
cking sleeve N supplied with the sprocket set to the freehub
body with the proper tightening torque.
Make sure you carefully follow the assembly
instructions supplied by the Manufacturer for
the sprocket cassette, any other spacers and
tightening torque levels.
If you have any doubt or can't assemble the
sprocket cassette please contact the Manufac-
turer or retailer.
The warranty does not cover any damages to
the bicycle and/or home trainer if the assembly
hasn't been properly conducted.
