and gradually at fi rst, so you can learn how to use the pro-
duct.
If you wish for more stability and a better alignment of the
bicycle we suggest using the provided Riser block to be pla-
ced under the front wheel.
Removing the bicycle
• Place the bicycle chain on the smallest sprocket of the
home trainer sprocket cassette and the front chainring of the
bicycle.
• Unfold the quick release H (alternatively, untighten and re-
move the thru-axle P) and remove the bicycle from the home
trainer.
• Fold the side legs (pic. 3) for transportation or to reduce
clutter when not using the home trainer.
Adapters are smaller-sized components that
might easily be misplaced. If you're planning
on moving the home trainer we suggest remo-
ving them and store them in their bag.
Spare parts are available at https://www.shopelite-it.com/ or

by contacting the retailer.
Flex feet replacement (pic. 3)
48
The home trainer comes equipped with 2 pairs of soft (red)
rubber feet and rigid (black) ones, provided separately.
The default confi guration with soft rubber feet results in more
side oscillation while working out. Should the cyclist want to
decrease the aforementioned oscillation, it will be necessary
to replace the soft rubber feet with the rigid ones.
To do so, remove those on the home trainer by untightening
them completely and tightening those found in the box, ma-
king sure to insert the spring in its housing.
Before any training session make sure to adjust feet in order
to give the proper stability to the home trainer.
Connecting the home trainer to a power source
• The product is powered by a power adapter L (provided).
Plug in thepower adapter to the grid and the connector in its
plug on the back of the home trainer (pic. 1) - a slight vibration
indicates that the system is setting in its initial position, this
operation might last 15 seconds.
Lock on the power adapter cable to the cable holder hook
(pic. 1).
Status LED light
The home trainer sends speed, pedalling cadence and power
output data via the ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart protocol.
In the electronic board there are 3 LED lights indentifying the
power and operational status of the electronic board and the
protocol that's being used.
LED light have 3 colours:
Red = identifi es the power status of the home trainer.
- Off = the home trainer is either off or in energy saving mode.
- On = the home trainer is connected to a power source.
Blue = identifi es the Bluetooth Smart operational status of
the home trainer.
- Blinking = waiting for a connection.
OPERATIONS
- On = the home trainer is sending data via the Bluetooth
Smart protocol.
Green = identifi es the ANT+ operational status of the home
trainer.
- Blinking = waiting for a connection.
- On = the home trainer is sending data via the ANT+.IT pro-
tocol.
Software and connectivity
In order to take advantage of all of the products' functions the
software needs to connect to a: personal computer (Windows,
Mac), mobile devices (iOS and Android) or to a cycle computer
with ANT+ and/or Bluetooth Smart technology.
Using the Bluetooth Smart and ANT+ standards allows for

several commercially available programs / apps / devices that
can connect to the product.
Please follow the program / app / device instructions on how to
properly connect to the home trainer.
Before using any app and beginning the connection procedure,
check that the home trainer is powered up and is not in energy
saving mode.
The electronic board of the home trainer features LED lights
that indicated the home trainer status. Please check the rele-
vant paragraph for a more in-depth explanation.
Transmission protocols
The product employs two different transmission protocols to inte-
ract with and send data to software / apps / devices.
Check compatibility with one of these proto-
cols with the Manufacturer of the app / softwa-
re / device.
Bluetooth Smart
"Fitness Machine Service Protocol - Indoor Bike" (FTMS):
This protocol allow the compatible software / app / device
to receive workout data and adjust home trainer resistance.
This protocol allows for total interaction with the home trainer.
