4.3 Screen functions
1. Help (?)
The help function includes text to provide the user with informa-tion in the case of errors.
The text included is limited to the most important information.
2. Program name
Screen display for the program name. The program name is taken from the text input field.
3. Temperature – actual
Displays the current temperature in the firing chamber. The temperature unit can be selected in
the basic settings section.
4. Vacuum – actual
Displays the current underpressure in the vacuum system, from the environment pressure to
the preset vacuum level. The va cuum unit can be selected in the basic settings section.
5. Program number
Shows the program number.
6. Lift positions
This value indicates the distance of the firing chamber to the firing socket holder.
•
If the firing chamber is closed, the value is 0 mm.
•
If the firing chamber is opened for firing, the value is 150 mm.
•
If the firing chamber is opened for compression, the value is 158 mm.
7. Date/time
Displays either date or time.
Please select the display mode in the sub-menu "Configuration". For documentation printing
purposes it is recommended to display the date.
8. Total firing time – theoretical
Displays the estimated addition of all firing times as theoretical value.
9. Firing temperature – theoretical
Displays the current theoretical value for the temperature. The temperature unit can be selected
in the basic settings section.
10. Data input
Enter your parameters into these fields. Press the yellow round sensor buttons to start and end
the data input.
11. Information field
This screen area displays information during furnace operation.
12. Soft-touch sensor buttons
Press buttons for activating context functions.
