Cause
Display faulty.
Power fuses faulty.
The 15 minute waiting time for inserting
the pressing muffle was exceeded.
Solenoid valve faulty.
Transport protection or foreign body
stuck between upper and lower part
of furnace.
Extremely high standby temperature
with open firing chamber.
Vacuum system leaks.
Suction power of the pump is too low.
Moisture inside the firing chamber
insulation.
Preheating temperature is not
reached yet.
Temporary power failure during firing.
Muffle or Triac faulty.

Battery on the control board empty.
The actual temperature is 25 °C (77° F) above
the theoretical value.

Remedy
Disconnect from main power! Replace faulty fuses.
If the display remains black, contact service technician.
Expedite insertion.
Ventilation valve faulty.
Contact service technician.
Remove transport protection or foreign body.
Remove power plug. Allow furnace to cool for approx.
5 minutes. Restart furnace after the cooling time.
Start vacuum test program (in the menu unit parameters).
Observe pressure display, close supply via the vacuum
tube (bend tube) after 1 minute.
If the vacuum drops sharply, the firing chamber leaks
or there is moisture in the firing chamber.
If the vacuum does not drop, the pump has insufficient
suction power.
Check pump according to manufacturer's
instructions or use stronger pump.
Start dehumidifying program 476 with vacuum pump
or 474 without vacuum pump.
Wait until idle temperature is reached or abort with"C".
Please check the firing result!
