5.8.5 Copying a program
Open the program to be copied, Press the sensor button "S" and enter a new program number
with the numeric keypad, if required. Press the button "S" again to copy the program.
If the entered program number already exists, a message is displayed.
Press the sensor button "S" twice to copy the program to the next free program number.

5.8.6 Deleting programs

5.9 Pressing
In order to press all-ceramics, first place the compression platform on the firing socket holder.
After selecting the ceramic type "Pressable ceramic" in the screen "Ceramic type", the furnace
changes directly to the program list "Pressable ceramics". The compression program for
FINESSE ALL CERAMIC is saved as fixed program at the program number 301.
Select the factory-preset program FINESSE ALL CERAMIC from the program list by
pressing the appropriate sensor button.
After selecting the desired program, the furnace automatically changes to the screen
FINESSE ALL CERAMIC.
Open the firing chamber with the sensor button "
sensor button "Start/Stop".
The furnace changes to the Program procedure screen.
Note: Do not place the investment ring into the pressing muffle at this time.
Press procedure description:
After the start, the firing chamber closes and the temperature increases from idle temperatu-
re (adjustable in the basic settings) to the starting temperature of 700 °C (1292 °F).
The firing chamber opens automatically as soon as the start ing temperature has been
reached. The upper end position of the firing chamber is 158 mm, as to facilitate placing the
pressing muffle on the pressing socket. An acoustic signal informs the user to place the
externally preheated pressing muffle onto the pressing socket.
After placing the pressing muffle, press the sensor button Lift "
program continues.
The firing chamber closes; the vacuum pump activates and generates a vacuum of 50 hPa.
After reaching the vacuum level, the temperature increases with a heating rate of 60 °C/min
(140 °F/min) to the pressing temperature of 930 °C (1706 °F).
The hold time at pressing temperature is 20 min.
After completion of the hold time, the pressing cylinder is loaded with 2.7 bar
compressed air and the pressing pro cedure starts. The compression force is 21.7 dN, and
the pressing time 10 minutes.
At the end of the pressing time, the pressing cylinder moves into its initial position
The pressing chamber is ventilated and moves to its upper end position. The pressing is now
complete.
Note: Always observe the manufacturer's requirements when processing pressable ceramics.
Always make sure that the pressing muffle is centered on the pressing socket.
Caution! Use the pressing socket only for pressing. Crowns and bridges fired on the pressing
socket will be underfired.
