MOUNTING THE CONVEYOR BELT FOR
WORKING CONDITIONS
The installation of the conveyor belt for operations
A
is performed by the piston (A), activated by the
tractor's hydraulic system.
In order to put it in the position for operations,
couple the hoses onto the valves from the tractor's
remote control:
1.
Activate the lever from the tractor's remote
control to activate the piston (A). The conveyor
belt will lower until it gets close to the ground –
working position.
2.
In order to return the conveyor belt to its
transportation position, repeat the same
procedure from the previous item.
Before activating the piston, make sure the area
nearby the conveyor belt is clear. Keep people
and animals away from the machine when you
lift or lower the conveyor belt. Risk of being hit
by the belt when it is moving.
IMPORTANT!
The existing valves from hoses piston control
the oil flow and allow the upward and downward
movements to be softened.
To avoid any sudden movements, adjust the flow
of oil used on both valves.
Start with a small opening of the valves, activate
the piston and observe. Keep adjusting the opening
until this upward and downward movement from the
conveyor belt gets very smooth.
