CUTTING THE BAG

In case you need to interrupt the bag filling to use
only a part of the bag, you will need to proceed with
its cut, as follows:
1.
As soon as you finish the feeding, release the
Bagger brakes, opening the relief valve of the
pump (B) and the pressure valve (A). Keep the
tractor PTO turned-on.
2.
Move the tractor forward very slowly; until you
notice that, when you touch the bag from below,
there is no material inside it. From this point,

slowly move forward the tractor, approximately
2 meters.
3.
Turn off the tractor and proceed with the bag
cutting. First cut in a vertical direction, and then
its lower part.
NOTE
Silage extraction from inside the bag can be
performed by using a mixer wagon equipped with
a milling cutter.

Never turn off the machine with product inside it.
Interrupt the conveyor belt feeding and wait until all
the product gets expelled from inside the machine.
Only then, turn off the tractor PTO.
Remember that accumulated product in the endless
screw will cause an overload when the machine
is turned back on, and might seriously damage it.
