FUNCTIONING

The forage is unloaded onto the conveyor belt
that transports it, and unloads it inside the screw
conveyor compartment. The screw transports it and
pressurizes the forage towards the bag. When it is
pressurized, the material becomes more compact
and pushes the set machine/tractor, which moves
forward. As the machine shifts, the folds of the bag
gradually loosen, and the bag is made.
NOTE!
The feeding of this Bagger, in general, is performed
by Forage Wagons or similar ones.
In order to guarantee the maximum compaction
and elimination of air in the process, the Bagger
features a system of disk brakes, hydraulically
activated, with pressure control to provide uniform
braking on both wheels.

ACTIVATION

The Bagger is activated through the PTO of
agricultural tractors, with horsepower ranging from
45, 540RPM.
IMPORTANT!
The use of a tractor with very superior recommended
power (very heavy) will demand excessive efforts
from the machine, mainly the screw, and might
seriously damage it.
