ENERAL USE
Control at the unit or via the remote control
You can use the buttons on the front of the unit to control the main
functions of your unit and to activate the various operating modes and
media. Thus you can choose the operating mode (DVD, Radio, AUX), play,
interrupt and stop discs, search for radio stations, carry out rapid searches,
and set volume and sound effects.
As well as these basic functions, the remote control offers many additional
user controls for the full functionality of your unit. In particular you can
move about in the menus displayed on the TV screen only with the remote
control.
In these instructions we are referring to the remote control when describing the buttons,
as the remote control can manage all functions of the unit (apart from the mains switch). When
the buttons on the unit are referred to, this is specifically stated.
