Cleaning the unit

If damage occurs to the mains network, the connecting lead, or the unit,
immediately remove the plug from the socket.
Under no circumstances attempt to open and/or repair the unit yourself.
There is a danger of electric shock. If a fault occurs, contact our Service
Center or another suitable workshop.
Thunderstorms
In the case of a thunderstorm or an extended absence, remove the power
connection and the aerial cable.
Do not place spent batteries in household rubbish. They must be taken to
a collection post for old batteries.
Before cleaning please remove the mains plug from the socket. When
cleaning, use a soft dry cloth. Do not use chemical solvents and cleaning
agents, as these damage the surface and/or lettering.
