ONNECTIONS AND CONNECTION POSSIBILITIES

Connect another audio unit

Audio-Cinch cable (sound
transmission – optional): To
connect another audio unit,
connect the audio output of the
unit with the AUX-IN sockets of
the unit.

Connect loudspeakers

If you do not wish to connect
all loudspeakers, use only the
two front speakers (red and
white sheathing). This will
give you stereo sound.
GB-12
Instead of, or in addition to a television, you can also connect another
audio unit, such as a minidisk player, a cassette deck etc. to your unit.
Connect such a unit via an Audio-Cinch cable with the AUX-IN sockets of
the equipment.
When connecting loudspeakers, the unit must not be connected with the
mains.
The two-core speaker cables each have a core with a coloured sheath (plus
ppase) and a core with a black sheath (minus phase).
Connect the various speakers (two front, two rear, one center speaker,
and a subwoofer) to the unit using the corresponding cables.
Connect the Plus phases with the Plus sockets on the unit (upper row),
and the Minus phases with the Minus sockets (lower row). Observe the
colour coding of the plus phases when doing this.
To connect the loudspeakers, push the clips down and push the bare
cable ends into the connection sockets. The cables should sit firmly
once the clips have been released.
Use only the loudspeakers supplied, otherwise damage to the unit
may occur.
