6.9- How to replace sharpening stone

Replace the sharpener stone when you find that
it has lost its sharpening ability.
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting the
following procedure.
Loosen the handle (A) and remove cover

Remove the 3 nuts (D);
2.
Remove the sharpener from the machine;
3.
Remove the pin (E) and the bolt (F);
4.
Remove the handle (G) and the guide (H);
5.
Remove the shaft with the sharpening

stone (J) from the sharpener body (K);
Remove the 3 bolts (L);
7.
Install a new sharpening stone (P) on the

sharpener.
Reassemble the sharpener in the machine

following the reverse order of disassembly
described above.
Always use the original Nogueira stones.
Inadequate stone can break during
sharpening and cause an accident with
personal injury and in the machine. The use
of PPE (suitable gloves and safety glasses)
is mandatory during the above procedure.
