La portata effettiva (C), cioè il peso di veicolo sollevabile, si ottiene
applicando la formula:
C = P - B - T = 4.500 - 1.343 - 500 = 2.657 kg < 2.900 kg,
il peso del veicolo sul quale si vuole operare in queste condizioni non è
compatibile con le prestazioni del sollevatore. Per poter operare è
sufficiente togliere un braccio di tiro. In questo modo risulta:
B = somma delle masse (pesi) della bancata + traverse + pedane salita +
accessori = 1.343 kg.
T = somma delle masse (pesi) di un puntone + accessori = 250 kg.
Peso di veicolo sollevabile:
C = P - B - T = 4.500 - 1.343 - 250 = 2.907 kg > 2.900 kg,
Il peso del veicolo sul quale si vuole operare in queste condizioni è
compatibile con le prestazioni del sollevatore.
4.3.8 TABELLE DELLE PORTATE EFFETTIVE
Allo scopo di ricavare semplicemente la portata effettiva de banchi della
SERIE 100 - H 155 senza ricorrere all'uso di calcoli laboriosi la SPANESI
S.p.A. ha raggruppato i valori in tabelle, che vanno utilizzate in relazione al
numero di puntoni impiegati e alle posizioni assunte dal veicolo e dal
puntone o dai puntoni stessi sul banco. Le tabelle tengono conto del peso
delle masse delle singole attrezzature, dell'eventuale dima universale, di tutti
gli accessori di fissaggio e dei bracci di tiro.
Avvertenza nell'uso delle tabelle:
1) All'occorrenza il banco può essere usato senza utilizzare il sistema di tiro,
per effettuare ad esempio piccoli interventi sulla meccanica, montaggio o
smontaggio di parti, per cui nella prima riga di ciascuna tabella è riportata
la portata effettiva quando non sono installati i puntoni di tiro sulla
bancata. Questo valore corrisponde essenzialmente alla portata
massima ammessa che può essere utilizzata sul banco.
2) Le portate indicate nelle tabelle, esclusa quella riportata nella prima riga
(portata massima ammessa), presuppongono sempre l'impiego di due
bracci di tiro in contemporanea. Di conseguenza quando si installa un
solo puntone di tiro sulla bancata è ammesso aumentare la
corrispondente portata indicata in tabella di 250 kg.
Esempio n. 3:
Si dispone di un SISTEMA DI RADDRIZZATURA ART. 100 TRIS - H 155/5.
Si vuole determinare la portata massima ottenibile volendo operare senza
sistema di tiro, indipendentemente dalla posizione del veicolo. Dalla tabella 6
si ricava una portata effettiva (C), cioè il peso di veicolo sollevabile, pari a
C = 3.650 kg.
The effective capacity (C), i.e. the liftable weight of the vehicle, is
obtained by applying the formula:
C = P - B - T = 4,500 - 1,343 - 500 = 2,657 kg < 2,900 kg
The weight of the vehicle on which we wish to operate in these conditions
is not compatible with the performance of the scissor lift. In this case,
simply remove one of the pull arms thus giving:
B = sum of weights of bench + cross members + ascent ramps +
accessories = 1,343 kg
T = sum of weights of one pull bar + accessories = 250 kg
Liftable weight of vehicle:
C = P - B - T = 4,500 - 1,343 - 250 = 2,907 kg > 2,900 kg
The weight of the vehicle on which we wish to operate in these conditions is
compatible with the performance of the lift.
4.3.8 TABLES OF EFFECTIVE CAPACITIES
In order to simply determine the effective capacity of the SERIE 100 -
H 155 benches without having to perform laborious calculations, SPANESI
S.p.A. has grouped the values into tables which must be used according to
the number of pull bars employed and the positions of the vehicle and pull
bar(s) on the bench.The tables take into account the weight of the individual
pieces of equipment, any universal jig, all the fixing accessories and the pull
arms.
Notes on use of the tables:
1)If necessary the bench can be used without the pull system, for example to
carry out small jobs on the mechanical part of the vehicle, fitting or
removal of parts, and therefore the effective capacity without pull bars
fitted on the bench is given in the first line of each table.This value
corresponds basically to the maximum permitted capacity that can
be used on the bench.
2)The capacities specified in the tables, excluding the one given in the first
line (maximum permitted capacity) always assume that two pull arms are
used simultaneously. Consequently when only one pull arm is fitted on the
bench, the corresponding capacity of 250 kg specified in the table can be
increased.
Example no. 3:
We have an ART. 100 TRIS - H 155/5 STRAIGHTENING SYSTEM.
We wish to determine the maximum capacity operating without pull system,
regardless of the position of the vehicle. From Table 6 we obtain an
effective capacity (C), i.e. the liftable weight of the vehicle, equal to C =
3,650 kg.
