(~750 g), XL – extra large (~1000 g)
- Dispenser button (turn off or on the dispenser)

these programs: YOUR CHOICE, YOGURT,
JAM, PASTA, BAKE, FRUIT IN SYRUP. One
press equals 10 minutes

baking programs, dough/jam/yogurt preparation: QUICK,
BASIC, FRENCH, BORODINSKY , YOGURT (only for
BM102*JY model), JAM (only for BM102*JY , ВМ1015J mod-
els), CAKE, PASTA, DOUGH, CIABATTA, BAKE, FRUITS
IN SYRUP (only for BM102*JY , ВМ1010 models). Or, with
the help of
button select « YOUR CHOICE» program.

Used for quick bread baking. Bread is
more dense, but not less tasty.
Suitable for baking white and rye bread
from baking flour.
Suitable for recipes with reduced sugar,
