Material damage to the device
Once the engine has cooled, store the device in a
clean and dry place.
Protect the device from rust when storing it for
lengthy periods of time, e.g. through the winter.
After the season or if the device will not be used for
more than a month:
■
Clean the device and grass catcher.
■
Wipe all metal parts down with a lubricated cloth
to protect them from rust or spray with spray-on
oil.
■
Charge battery with a battery charger.
■
When shut down for the winter, remove the
battery, charge and store in a dry/cool place
(protected from frost). Charge the battery every
4–6 weeks as well as before re-installing it.
■
Drain the fuel (outdoors only) and switch the en-
gine off, as outlined in the engine manual.
■
Fill the tyres according to the data on the tyre
walls. If there is no data on the tyre walls, fill to a
pressure of 0.9 bar.
■
Store the device in a clean, dry place.

importer apply in all countries.
Under the terms of the warranty we will repair faults
on your device free of charge, insofar as material or
manufacturing defects are the cause.
To make a claim under warranty please contact your
seller or your nearest branch.

The engine manufacturer is liable for all engine-re-
lated problems with respect to power, power mea-
surement, technical specifications, warranty and
service. Information can be found in the owner's/
user handbook supplied separately by the engine
manufacturer.
