5. Description of the appliance
5.1

Properties

The Pacojet 2 PLUS is an innovative kitchen appliance for commercial use. It can be used to ca-
refully process frozen produce without needing to defrost it. The appliance creates fine purees
and mousses in a single process. The food is processed using positive pressure, which helps to
make its flavor more intense. This process is referred to as pacotizing.
The most important innovation of the Pacojet 2 PLUS is its ability to process food preparations
repeatedly. With programming and continuous overpressure, several pacotizing operations can
be performed in one processing cycle. The quality of the result of each specific recipe can thus
be maximized.
With the help of the Pacojet Coupe Set non-frozen food can also be processed without tempe-
rature changes (chopping, cutting, whipping, mixing). Please refer to the separate user manual
of the Pacojet Coupe Set.

Specific processing tool for pacotizing frozen food pre-
parations with Pacojet 2 PLUS. The blade head serves
as a connecting piece between the pacotizing shaft
and the processing tool.
Holds the food to be processed by the Pacojet 2 PLUS.
