Secure the spray guard (8) and pacotizing blade (9)
combination to the blade holder of the pacotizing
shaft (2).
To do this, attach the head (9a) of the pacotizing
blade to the blade holder. Perform an eighth turn
(approx. 45 °) from left to right (counterclockwise).
The pacotizing blade is properly secured when it is
firmly attached to the blade holder.
Note
Damage to the appliance and accessories
due to food not being fully frozen!

The food mixture must not have started to
thaw.
•
Make sure that the food mixture in the beaker
has frozen evenly at -20°C for at least 24 hours
and sticks firmly to the pacotizing beaker.
Risk of injury due to incorrect
handling of the pacotizing
beaker!
Since the pacotizing beaker is fro-
zen when it is removed from the
freezer, it may cause injury from
fingers freezing to the pacotizing
beaker.

Always use suitable protective
gloves or tongs to transport the
frozen pacotizing beaker.
Remove the pacotizing beaker (10) with the food
preparation from the freezer.
Remove the beaker lid (11).
Insert the pacotizing beaker into the protective outer
beaker (12).
