Chopping/cutting unfrozen food preparations
2
If there is any unpacotized mixture left in the beaker, the pacotizing
beaker (10) can be frozen again at a temperature of -20°C. To do this, the
surface of the food mixture must smoothed flat. Then seal the pacotizing
beaker with a beaker lid (11) and immediately return the beaker to the
freezer in an upright position.
You can chop or cut fresh, unfrozen food preparations
using the 2/4 knife blade of the optional Pacojet 2 PLUS
Coupe Set.
Before starting work, the Pacojet Coupe Set user manual
must be read in its entirety. All information contained
therein, including handling and safety and warning inst-
ructions, must be complied with completely.
In the "Chopping/Cutting" processing mode, the options
"Repeat" and "Overpressure" (analogous to "Pacotizing")
are available.
The "Portioning" mode is not available because chop-
ping/cutting involves processing the entire pacotizing
beaker in one pass.
