11.1.6 2 -step cleaning cycle
To prepare the cleaning cycle do the following:
The cleaning cycle has two steps: 1.) Cleaning cycle and 2.) Rinse cycle.

Turn the combinati on of spray guard (8) and pacoti -
zing blade (9) one eighth turn (approximately 45 °)
from right to left (clockwise).
Remove these downwards.

To perform the cleaning cycle, you must fi rst select
the "Cleaning cycle" in the submenu.
Use the SELECTOR BUTTON (17 - bott om right)
to go to the cleaning functi on selecti on screen.

Select the "cleaning cycle" opti on (bott om left ) using
the corresponding SELECTOR BUTTON (17 - bott om
left ).
The screen for the cleaning cycle appears.
1.
Att ach the pacoti zing blade (9) and spray guard (8), fi ll
the pacoti zing beaker (10) to the maximum fi ll line wi-
th 40 - 58°C warm water, add a Pacojet Cleaning Tab /
non-foaming cleaning agent, att ach the pacoti zing
beaker and protecti ve beaker (12), start the cleaning
cycle. (Same as rinse cycle – see chapter "11.1.5 Rinse
cycle" on page 34 – but add a Pacojet Cleaning Tab /
non-foaming cleaning agent to the warm water.)
2.
Perform rinse cycle with clear water as described in
chapter "11.1.5 Rinse cycle" on page 34.
