Start/Stop timer ( Fig.7)
Press the clock symbol. With the timer stopped
the symbol is white, with the timer operating it
changes colour.
An acoustic signal indicates the end of the cur-
rent countdown.
ATTENTION! Please be warned: the applian-
ce continues heating, with the exception of the
Slow cooking function, where the appliance
also stops heating.

RECIPES (Fig.16)

4. Keypad which can be used to specifically
name recipes. The name is stored by pressing
the Save button.
• Each function offers access to a list of recipes
which allows the user to call up, change or
store the various parameters (values of Fry-
top Set Temperature, core probe Set Tempe-
rature, Cooking Time, etc.) that characterize a
specific cooking cycle.
• To access the recipe list, press the Load but-
ton and select a recipe, using the navigation
buttons where necessary. Upon confirmation
of recipe selection, the appliance returns to
the function.
• To store a new recipe, press the Save button
and select a position. Some recipes, devised
and proposed by the manufacturer, are prece-
ded by the symbol # and cannot be deleted.
Those without the symbol # can be modified.
If the position is already taken, the appliance
prompts the user to confirm the existing reci-
pe is to be overwritten.
APPLIANCE USED AS A BRATT PAN
• The appliance is designed for direct contact
cooking of food. Any other use, including the
use of pots and pans, must be considered im-
proper.
• Do not use the appliance to cook tomato sau-
ces or particularly "acidic" foods.
• At the end of each day, clean the tank thorou-
ghly in order to prevent the formation of corro-
sive deposits. Rubbing the surface with a little
oil is useful, as it creates a protective layer
that prevents the formation of rust.
