• Identify the specific appliance model. The mo-
del number is detailed on the packaging and
on the appliance data plate.
• The appliance must be installed in a well-ven-
tilated room.
• Do not obstruct any air vents or drains present
on the appliance.
• Do not tamper with appliance components.

15 COMMISSIONING

After installation or maintenance operations,
check the appliance is in perfect working or-
der. In the event of any malfunction, consult the
next Paragraph "Troubleshooting".
Switch on the appliance as directed in the in-
structions and reminders for use given in Chap-
ter " INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE " and check:
• the current values of each phase.
• the correct operation of the heating elements.

16 TROUBLESHOOTING

The appliance does not heat.
• Defective heating element.
• Temperature thermostat defective.
• Safety thermostat tripped.
Heating cannot be adjusted
• Temperature thermostat defective.
Difficult or noisy operation of the tank mo-
ving device
• Defective actuator.
• Worn bearings.
Insufficient tank pressure
• Defective pressure switch;
• Display led not working (Fig.3-button3).
Loss of steam inside structure
• O-ring seals defective.
Lid unbalanced
• Springs broken.
Poor seal on lid
• Defective seal.

17 REPLACING COMPONENTS

REMINDERS FOR REPLACING COMPO-
NENTS.
• Disconnect the appliance electric supply, if
present, before carrying out any operation.
• After replacing a gas system component,
check for gas leaks at connection points.
• After replacing an electrical system compo-
nent, check it is correctly wired.
• When replacing the radiant hotplates, handle
and re-assemble parts with the utmost care.
