Tagliare la guaina con un apposito tronchesi per
fili metallici (vedi Fig. 25).
• Rimontare il cappuccio in gomma (2) ed il
terminale (1) verificando che sia inserito a
fondo sulla guaina (3) (vedi Fig. 26).
• Chiudere completamente, avvitandolo,
registro (4) del cavo sul corpo comando al
manubrio (vedi Fig. 26).
• Lubrificare il cavo d' acciaio con grasso per
faciltarne
l'
inserimento
prolungarne la durata.
•
Inserire il cavo nella guaina e spingere a
fondo il terminale (1) sul registro (4)
(vedi Fig. 26).
3.3.4 Regolazione cavo e montaggio
ATTENZIONE
Per eseguire il taglio del cavo è necessario
utilizzare un tronchesi per fili metallici con
impronta adeguata.
L' uso di un tronchesi a lama piatta
provocherebbe
lo
"sfilacciamento"
terminale del cavo, rendendone difficile l'
inserimento sulla camma (vedi Fig. 28).
• Verificare che il terminale sia inserito a fondo
sul registro del cavo.
Bloccare la leva di comando; con un righello
misurare una sporgenza del cavo dalla guaina di
15 mm e segnare con un pennarello il punto in
cui eseguire il taglio (vedi Fig. 27).

• Reassemble rubber cap (2) and terminal (1)
checking that it is inserted as far as it will go on
cable outer (3) (see Fig. 26).

• Lubricate the steel cable with grease so it is
easier to insert the cable outer and it lasts

(see Fig. 26).
3.3.4 Adjustment of the cable and
assembly
WARNING
To cut the cable use wire nippers with
suitable jaws.
The use of cutters with a blade would make

the cable "fray" so it would be difficult to
insert on the cam (see Fig. 28).
• Make sure the terminal is fully inserted on the
adjuster of the cable.
• Block the control lever; use a ruler to measure
15 mm of cable coming out of the cable outer
and mark where to cut it with a pen
(see Fig. 27).
