• Mantenendo solidali la dima ed il portaguaina,
agganciare l' estremità ricurva della molla (4)
sul foro presente nella zona inferiore della
camma (vedi Fig. 8).
• Precaricare la molla torsionale ruotando in
senso orario il gruppo portaguaina/dima/
camma fino a far corrispondere il pallino di
riferimento (F) presente sul portaguaina con il
segno di pennarello tracciato in precedenza
sulla faccia del tappo (vedi Fig. 4), indicante il
punto di uscita del cavo.In questa posizione
abbassare il gruppo sul tappo (vedi Fig. 9).
NOTA
È necessario eseguire la rotazione oraria
mantenendo il gruppo
camma quanto più possibile vicino al tappo in
modo che l' estremità rettilinea della molla
torsionale non esca dalla sua sede
• Rimuovere, con cautela, la dima di montaggio
e verificare che i componenti siano in fase tra
loro (il dente superiore della camma deve
essere perpendicolare all' uscita del cavo).
• Lubrificare con un lubrificante spray le parti a
contatto relativo ed in particolare le zone in cui
passa il cavo.

• Keeping the template and the cable outer
support together, put the curved end of spring
(4) into the hole on the bottom of the cam
(see Fig. 8).
• Preload the torsion spring by turning the cable
outer
clockwise until the reference dot (F) on the
cable outer support lines up with the pen mark
on the face of the cap, indicating the point
where the cable will come out (see Fig. 4). In
this position, lower the unit onto the cap
(see Fig. 9).
REMEMBER
You will have to turn clockwise keeping the cable
outer support/template/cam assembly as near as
portaguaina/dima/
possible to the cap so that the rectilinear end of
the torsion spring doesn't come out of its seat.
• Carefully remove the assembly template and
check that the components are lined up (the
top tooth of the cam must be perpendicular to
where the cable comes out).
• Lubricate the parts in contact with a lubricant
spray and in particular the zone where the
cable passes.
