4.1- Mounting the machine

In order to gain space and facilitate transportation, some components are supplied
disassembled from the machine. Follow the instructions below to mount these items.

4.1.1- Mounting the opening limiters

Mount the limiter (A) on the aligner (B). Secure

with the bolts, washers and nuts (C) supplied
with the machine;
(C) - Hex Bolt 3/8" x 3/4"
(C) - Flat Washer 3/8"
(C) - Nut 3/8"
Repeat the same procedure to fit the opening

limiter (D) at the other aligner.

4.1.1- Mounting the aligners

To ease the assembly, tilt the machine slightly

back and fit it in this position;
Secure the aligner (E) with the bolts and

washers (F) and (G) supplied with the machine;
(F) - Hex Bolt 7/16" x 1"
(F) - Flat Washer 7/16 "
(G) - Hex Bolt 6/16 "x 1 1/2"
(G) - Flat Washer 7/16 "
Repeat the same procedure to fit the aligner

(H) on the other side.
