3. Insert the compressed air hoses into the slot on the
housing.

In the racing model, there are three compressed air
connection hoses from the mounting column: (C) for
the pneumatic clamping supply and the other two (D)
for the racing cylinder supply.

Of the three hoses, the hose for the pneumatic clam-
ping supply (C) is the longest.

4. Using the hoisting crane, position the mounting co-
lumn above the machine housing near the area where
the mounting column is to be fitted.
5. After greasing the pin (E), fit the mounting column on
the housing and hammer in the bolt (E).

6. Position the washer (F) and tighten the nut (G).

7. Reposition the pin (B) and insert this into the holes
on the cylinder shaft and the shock absorber rod.
8. Reattach the outer snap ring (A).

9. Wrap the longest hose (C) around the unseating cy-
linder.
