4.2.5
Fitting the bead breaker arm
DANGER:
If the bead breaker arm is fitted incorrect-
ly, this affects the correct operation of the
machine and poses a serious risk to the
operator.
1. Remove the outer snap ring (A).
2. Remove the lower washer (B).

The upper snap ring remains in its position on the
pin.
3. Extract the rotating pin (C) from its position on the
bead breaker arm.
4. Remove the upper washer (D).

5. Insert the bead breaker arm (E) and in doing so,
center the pivot pin (F) with the cylinder shaft (G)
so that the
i
flat part of the pivot pin (F) points outwards.
6. Position the upper washer (D).
7. Insert the rotating pin (C).
8. Re-attach the lower washer (B) and the snap ring
(A).

9. Fit the return spring(s) (H) for the bead breaker arm
in the corresponding slots.
