Maintenance checklist

Frame / 1.1 Check all load-bearing elements for damage
structure:
1.2 Check bolted joints
1.3 Check overhead guard for damage and secure attachment k
1.4 Check the mounting screws on the driver's seat
Drive: 2.1 Check gearbox for noises and leaks
2.2 Check that the drive support plate, screws are seated
securely
2.3 Check gearbox oil level
2.4 Check the pedal mechanics
2.5 Change the gearbox oil
Wheels: 3.1 Check for wear and damage
3.2 Check bearings and mounting
Steering: 4.1 Check the steering gearing for wear and lubricate
4.2 Check the mechanical parts of the steering head
4.3 Check the steering function
Brake 5.1 Check wear limit of brake linings and adjust clearance
system: settings if necessary
5.2 Check function and settings
5.3 Check the brake mechanics
5.4 Check the emergency stop device
Hydr. 6.1 Check function

6.2 Check joints and connections for leaks and damage
6.3 Check hydraulic cylinder for leaks, damage and mounting k

6.5 Change hydraulic fluid, filter cartridge, and air filter

7.2 Check cables for damage and for tight fit of connections
7.3 Check fuses for correct value
7.4 Check function of switches and check for tight fit
7.5 Check function of warning devices and safety switches
7.6 Check contactors and replace any worn parts
7.7 Check that electronic components are clean and seated
