2.3.- Start-up.
2.3.1.- HGV
− Place control 4 in one of the working modes (6,7,8,9,10). The chamber light stays on and the
pilot lamp 2 lights up (Fig. 5).
− The temperature is selected by means of control 11 (Fig. 5).

Hot and mixed air ................................... 30-270 ºC.
•
Regeneration ........................................... 30-180ºC
•
Low temperature steam... ....................... 30-98 ºC.
•
Steam .................................................... fixed at 98 ºC.
− Indicator display 12 (Fig. 5), shows the temperature in the oven chamber.
− Pilot lamp 1 (Fig. 5), comes on when the burner is in operation.
− Pilot lamp 3 (Fig. 5), comes on when the steam generator is in operation.
− Time is selected by means of control 13 (Fig. 5). This allows times of from 0 to 120 minutes
to be selected by turning the control clockwise.
− When the control is turned anticlockwise to position 15 (Fig. 5) (Manual), the oven will
operate continuously.
− When the door is opened the oven will turn off, but the timer will continue counting. When
the door is shut the over will continue working.
− When the timer reaches zero, the oven stops and a bell rings.
− By operating switch 20 (Fig. 5), we select the core probe regulation system.
− The temperature indicator display of core probe 16 (Fig. 5) lights up and the LED will display
"Lod", after a few seconds the LED will display the core probetemperature.
− The time selector must be in position 15 (Fig. 5).
− If you press the (set) button, 17 (Fig. 5), the LED will display "spi", press again the same
button and the LED will display the level of the selected core probe temperature.
− To increase the selected value press key 18 (Fig. 5) (maximum value 98ºC).
− To decrease the selected value press key 19 (Fig. 5) (minimum value 0ºC).
− Press button number 25(fnc), the LED will display "spi" and the selected core probe
temperature will be locked, press again the same button the probe temperature will be
displayed once more.
− When the core probe reaches the selected value, the oven will stop and a bell will ring.
− When control 4 (Fig. 5) is turned to position 5, the oven switches off .
