Wheel centring procedure using the
accessories described above must be
carried out as follows:
fit the pre-centring flange on the machine
and fix it to the flange of the machine,
using the two supplied screws. Fit the
spherical tips on the contrast flange to the
diameter corresponding to the rim holes,
insert it on the shaft and tighten the ring
nut appropriately.

Wheel centring procedure using the
accessories described above must be
carried out as follows:
fit the support flange on the machine and
fix it to the flange of the machine, using the
two supplied screws. Lift the wheel using
the lift and bring it into contact with the
support flange. Insert the suitable cone for
the wheel to be locked and tighten the ring
nut appropriately.

ring nut to compress the spring and then

insert the elastic ring in its seat.

Then insert in the hub the cone suitable
for centring the rim and then lay the wheel
on it. Using the quick-release ring nut,
equipped with cap, bring the rim in contact
with the support flange. Tighten the ring nut
appropriately.
USING THE LIFTING
The lifting trolley of the machine allows
lifting the truck wheels weighing up to 200kg.
For correct operation, the supply pressure
of the pneumatic circuit must not be less
than 8 bar (115 psi). This circuit is equipped
with an adjustable pressure regulator filter
at a maximum value of approximately 12
bar (175 psi).
WARNING
It is forbidden to carry out any work aimed
at modifying the operating pressure
calibration value for the maximum-
pressure valves or the pressure limiter.
The manufacturer declines all liability
for damage caused by tampering with
these valves.
WARNING
Pay maximum attention during the sliding
and lifting operations in order to avoid
accidental crushing of hands and feet.
WARNING
Keep the wheel in the correct position with
one hand during the sliding and lifting
operations to prevent it from falling off
the support.
