tAS Keypad test
The keypad test program is used to
check the operation of all the keys on the
display panel.
In the machine versions with wheel
guard, the test must be performed with
the guard down.
Every time a key is pressed, its code
appears on the screen: for example, if
you press [P8] Start
appears, if you press [P10] Stop
code "P10" appears, and so forth.
The code of the key [P7]

To exit the keyboard test program, first
lower the wheel guard and then press the
[F + P9] +
uFc Voltage – frequency converter test
The voltage – frequency converter test
shows two numbers on the display that
represent the electronic control board
conversion values.
These values are used by technical
support personnel to determine the
operational status of the board.
To exit the test program, press [F+P9]

SMo Shaft smoothness test
This program allows you to measure the
smoothness of the shaft.

functioning status of the machine.
To measure the smoothness of the shaft
proceed as follows:
1. Remove the wheel and any other
accessory from the shaft. This is very
important because
value measured will be completely
meaningless.
2. Press [P8] Start
the wheel guard: the machine runs a
sequence of brief motor ignitions, and
each time it will stop shaft rotation by
inertia;
3. Upon completion of the sequence
the machine displays the value of
the smoothness
smoothness value is not absolute but
refers to a sample machine whose
smoothness value has been set at 1.00.
The value measured is stored in the
permanent memory of the machine in
order to be used in the functions that
are connected to the smoothness of
the shaft.
To exit the test program, press [F+P9]

LAS Laser device operation test (if
present)
This program allows you to check the
laser device operation. To enable the
laser line, press [P4]
