RELATÓRIO DO CAMINHÃO

A. Relatórios: neste campo o relatório é exibido na
forma de uma tabela, referente ao período
compreendido entre a data inicial de consulta e a
data final de consulta. É a visualização de como será
impresso o relatório;
B. placa: neste campo deve ser digitada a placa do
caminhão que se deseja realizar a consulta. Para
uma consulta de todas as placas as quais foram
gerados relatórios, deve-se digitar "*" no campo
Placa. Também pode ser realizada uma busca por
placas que contenham determinadas letras, por
exemplo, para consulta de um caminhão de placa IJO
1254, pode ser digitado no campo Placa apenas "*I"
para que todas as placas com inicial "I" sejam
mostradas na tela;
C. data inicial de consulta: neste quadro devem ser
inseridos o dia, o mês, o ano a partir de quando o
sistema deve gerar o relatório. Para a inserção dos
dados basta pressionar sobre os campos
correspondentes e em seguida digitar os dados;
D. data final de consulta: neste quadro devem ser
inseridos o dia, o mês, o ano até quando o sistema
deve gerar o relatório. Para a inserção de dados
basta pressionar sobre aos campos correspondentes

E. atualizar: após a seleção da data e da hora iniciais e
finais para a consulta, este comando, uma vez
acionado, atualiza a tabela com os dados referentes
ao ano e ao período selecionado;
F. salvar D: salva o relatório atualizado no diretório (D:\).
Salvará a tabela indicada pela letra A;
G. salvar E: salva o relatório atualizado no diretório (E:\).
Salvará a tabela indicada pela letra A. Este recurso
deve ser utilizado caso o operador disponibilize de
uma pendrive e essa esteja conectada a uma das
portas USB da interface gráfica;
H. imprimir: imprime o relatório se o computador possuir
uma impressora instalada. Imprimirá a tabela exibida
na figura referenciada pela letra A;
I. sair da aplicação: volta para o ambiente Windows;
J. gera relatório manual: este recurso pode ser utilizado
no caso do operador não registrar alguma carga pelo
controle automático do caminhão, podendo então,
gerar manualmente um registro de carga do
caminhão. Maiores detalhes podem ser vistos no item
"Relatório Manual".

A. Reports: this field shows the report in the form of a

B. License plate: the truck's license plate to be checked
should be typed in here. An asterisks (*) should be
put in the License Plate field if a check is going to be
run on all the license plates from which reports have
been generated. A search can also be made by
license plates that have certain letters, such as when
searching for truck license plate IJO 1254 you can
type in the License Plate field only "*I" and all the
license plates beginning with the letter "I" will be
shown on the screen;
C. Report beginning date: the day, month, and year that
the system should begin generating the report should
be put here. For the insertion of data, simply press on
the corresponding fields and then type in the data;
D. Report ending date: the day, month, and year that the
system should end generating the report should be
put here. For the insertion of data, simply press on the
corresponding fields and then type in the data;
E. Update: after selecting the beginning and ending date
and time for the report, this command, when
activated, updates the chart with data referring to the
year and period selected;
F. Save D: saves the updated report in directory (D:\). It
will save the chart indicated by the letter A;
G. Save E: saves the updated report in directory (E:\). It
will save the chart indicated by the letter A. This
resource should be used if the operator has a pen
drive and it is connected to one of the graphical
interface USB ports;
H. Print: prints the report if the computer has a printer
installed. It will print the chart shown in the figure
referenced by letter A;
I. Exit application: return to Windows environment;
J. Generate report manually: this tool can be used in the
case of the operator not being able to register some
load by the truck's automatic control, he can then use
this to record the truck's load manually. More details
