Partida dos motores da Usina na seqüência
automática
A. Ligar a Usina: acionado o botão, inicia-se a partida
dos motores em uma seqüência pré-determinada.
Seqüência automática de partida dos motores:
1º. motor do compressor;
2º. motor do exaustor;
3º. motor do ventilador do queimador;
4º. motor do elevador;
5º. motor do misturador;
6º. motor do secador;
7º. motor da correia transportadora / motor do elevador
de transferência (opcional);
8º. motor da correia coletora;
9º. motor do elevador de finos;
10º. motor do caracol calha;
11º. motor do caracol horizontal / motor do caracol
inclinado;
12º. motor do caracol de junção de finos (opcional).
ATENÇÃO
Para interromper a seqüência de partida
automática acione novamente o botão "Ligar
usina". Caso queira interromper a seqüência
acione o comando "Yes" caso queira continuar
pressione "No". Se a seqüência de partida for
interrompida e o operador desejar reativar o
acionamento dos motores, basta refazer o
procedimento descrito no item A.

Starting up the Plant's motors in sequence for
automatic production
A. Turning on the Plant: Once this button is pushed,
the plant motors start up in a predetermined
sequence. Automatic sequence of motors starting
up:
1st. compressor motor;
2nd. exhauster motor;
3rd. burner fan motor;
4th. elevator motor;
5th. mixer motor;
6th. dryer motor;
7th. conveyor belt motor / transfer elevator motor
(optional);
8th. collecting belt motor;
9th. fine aggregates elevator motor;
10th. chute screw conveyor motor;
11th. horizontal screw conveyor motor / Diagonal screw
conveyor motor;
12th. fine aggregates joining screw conveyor motor
(optional).
ATTENTION
If you need to interrupt the automatic
sequence of motors starting up, press once
again the "Turn On Plant" button. Confirm your
decision to interrupt the sequence by clicking
on "Yes"; if not, click "No". If the start-up
sequence is interrupted and the operator
would like to reactivate the motor start-up
process, simply restart the procedure
described in item A.
