Procedimento para a troca de óleo
Desarme o disjuntor do compressor no quadro de
força;
remova o bujão de dreno e deixe o óleo escorrer em
um recipiente;
fixe novamente o bujão com veda rosca;
veja o volume correto de óleo na Tab. 4;
reponha o óleo através do orifício de alojamento do
bujão, Fig. 17 - pos. 95, localizado no Cárter. O ideal
é trocar o óleo enquanto o bloco compressor esta
quente;
a Tab. 5 indica os períodos de troca.
AVISO
Os óleos lubrificantes HD (heavy duty) e multigrados não
são apropriados para os compressores Schulz, o mesmo
vale para óleos com tendência a emulsificar. O óleo
indicado sempre será um bom óleo industrial para
compressores com inibidores de oxidação e anti-
corrosivo. Use óleo com viscosidade de acordo com a
Tab. 4

Procedure for changing oil
Switch off the circuit-breaker of the compressor at the
electric power cabinet.
Remove the drainage plug and let the oil drain in a
container.
Screw the plug back in with thread seal tape.
See the correct volume of oil on Tab. 4.
Refill the oil through the orifice of the plug, Fig. 17 -
pos. 95, located on the Sump. The ideal time to
change the oil is while the compressor block is hot.
Tab. 5 indicates the changing periods.
IMPORTANT
The HD (heavy duty) lubricating and multigear oils are
not appropriate for the Schulz compressors as well as
oils that have the tendency to emulsify. The indicated oil
will always be good industrial oil for compressors with
oxidation inhibitors and anti-corrosive. Use oil with
viscosity according to Tab. 4.
