Manutenção do Misturador
Para lubrificação e inspeção dos mancais de
rolamento, ver grupo 02.01.10 - Manutenção dos
mancais de rolamento.
Para manutenção do motor elétrico, ver grupo
02.01.13 - Manutenção dos motores elétricos.
Para manutenção de redutores e caixas reversoras,
ver grupo 02.01.08 - Manutenção dos redutores;
Para a substituição do revestimento interno não é
necessário a retirada dos braços e das palhetas do
misturador, basta desparafusar as porcas de fixação
do revestimento, fig. 1 - det. A, retirar os parafusos e
substituir as chapas e os parafusos. Primeiro deve-se
retirar as chapas superiores e depois as inferiores;
Para a substituição dos braços e das palhetas
devem-se soltar os parafusos e retirar a palheta, fig. 2
- det. B, e o braço, det. C. Poderá ser necessária a
substituição dos parafusos das palhetas. Para
regulagem do misturador ver grupo

ATENÇÃO
Os parafusos do revestimento interno e das
palhetas possuem uma posição de trabalho
que se encaixa na peça. Essa posição deve
ser respeitada.

To lubricate and inspect the roller bearings, go to
group 02.01.10 - Roller bearing maintenance
To do maintenance on the electric motor, go to group
02.01.13 - Electric motor maintenance.
To do maintenance on the geared motors and reverse
boxes, go to group 02.01.08 - Geared motor
maintenance.
You do not need to remove the arms and paddle tips
on the mixer in order to replace the internal lining.
Only the lining fastening nuts need to be taken out,
fig. 1 - det. A, remove the bolts, and replace the
plates and the bolts. First remove the top plates and
then the bottom ones.
To replace the arms and paddle tips, loosen the bolts
and remove the paddle tip, fig. 2 - det. B, and the arm,
det. C. It may be necessary to replace the paddle tip
bolts. To adjust the mixer, go to group
Mixer - Mixer adjustment.
ATTENTION
The internal lining bolts and the paddle tips
have a working position that fits into the part.
This position should be respected.
