Activate/deactivate play mode.
PICTURE MODE SETTINGS
– APPLY PICTURE SETTINGS
Choose whether to apply the settings only to
the currently selected input source or to all
input sources.
– BACKLIGHT
DYNAMIC BACKLIGHT CONTROL
Select a value for the backlighting: OFF, LOW,
HIGH.
BACKLIGHT
Increase or reduce backlighting (on a scale of
0 to 100)
– BRIGHTNESS
Increase or reduce brightness (on a scale of 0
to 100)
– CONTRAST
Increase or reduce contrast (on a scale of 0 to
100)
– COLOUR SATURATION
Increase or reduce colour saturation (on a
scale of 0 to 100)
– SHARPNESS
Increase or reduce sharpness (on a scale of 0
to 100)
– ADAPTIVE CONTRAST
This function adjusts the contrast settings to
provide deeper black and brighter white per-
ception. Select between OFF, LOW, MEDI
UM and HIGH.

– NOISE REDUCTION
This function reduces picture noise and im-
proves picture quality when the analogue
signal is weak. Select between OFF, LOW,
MEDIUM and HIGH.
– MPEG NOISE REDUCTION
MPEG noise reduction removes image noise
in MPEG-compressed video data for enhanced
picture quality. Select between OFF, LOW,
MEDIUM and HIGH.
– COLOUR TEMPERATURE
Select colour tone: WARM, WARM,
STANDARD, KÜHL. You can also individually
adjust the red, green and blue tones.
– EXPERT SETTINGS
COLOUR TUNER
Use this function to fine tune the colour. This
must be activated in order to make changes to
the options COLOUR, HUE, SATURATION
and BRIGHTNESS. You can reset the settings
with RESET COLOUR TUNER SETTINGS.
WHITE BALANCE
This function calibrates the TV's colour tem-
perature in detailed greyscale. This improves
the greyscale uniformity. This function allows
editing of the offset and amplification of red,
green and blue elements.
BLACK LEVEL
(optional)
Select this setting according to the input RGB
signal range of the HDMI source. The range
can be limited (16-235) or full (0-255). This op-
tion is only available when the input source
is set to HDMI. Select AUTO, NORMAL or
BOOST.
GAMMAADJUSTMENT
(not available during HDR playback)
Select the gamma setting: ./././

GAMMACALIBRATION
Here you can adjust the gamma curve of the
previously selected gamma setting in input
level and gain.
RGB ONLY MODE
Activate/deactivate RGB mode: OFF, RED,
GREEN, BLUE
– OVERSCAN
(not with HDMI)
Activate/deactivate the automated adjust-
ment of the picture format to the input signal.
– RESET CURRENT MODE
You can reset the picture settings to their fac-
tory settings here.
