DIVIETI ED AVVERTENZE
Nell'utilizzazione del piega forabarre è indispensabile attenersi ai seguenti divieti:
È vietato l'utilizzo di questa macchina ai minori di 18 anni
È vietato aprire le protezioni durante il funzionamento
È vietato inibire le sicurezze
È vietato ispezionare la macchina durante il funzionamento
È vietato appoggiarsi alla macchina durante il funzionamento
È vietato utilizzare la macchina o anche parte di essa per usi diversi da quelli elencati nel presente manuale
È vietato modificare parti della macchina e/o applicare ulteriori dispositivi
Le operazioni di regolazione devono essere effettuate da una sola persona e durante il loro svolgimento è necessario vietare l'accesso
nelle vicinanze della macchina a persone non autorizzate
Dopo un operazione di regolazione lo stato della macchina con protezioni attive deve essere ripristinato nel più breve tempo possibile
Pulire i componenti delle macchine, i pannelli e i comandi con panni soffici e asciutti
Non introdurre le mani, le braccia e/o qualsiasi parte del corpo in prossimità degli organi in movimento
Per la ricerca o la rimozione di eventuali avarie o inconvenienti, adottare tutte le precauzioni descritte nel manuale
Prima di iniziare qualsiasi lavorazione, concentrare tutta la propria attenzione su ciò che ci si accinge a fare. Occorre essere attenti e
mantenere sempre vigile l'attenzione durante l'utilizzo della macchina. Qualora l'operatore fosse soggetto ad un malessere o
condizionamento fisico sfavorevole che possa ridurre il grado di vigilanza, si deve evitare di mettere in funzione la macchina.
È obbligatorio da parte dell'utilizzazione attenersi alle normative generali antinfortunistiche con scrupolosità (non lavorare mai a mani
nude, utilizzare il casco e gli occhiali di protezione, calzare le scarpe antinfortunistiche).

danni che potranno verificarsi a persone e/o cose.

PROHIBITIONS AND WARNINGS
When using the bar bender and piercer, it is absolutely essential to observe the following prohibitions and restrictions:
It is forbidden for anyone under the age of 18 to use this machine.
It is forbidden to open the protection devices when the machine is operating.
It is forbidden to neutralise any of the safety devices
It is forbidden to inspect the machine whilst it is operating
It is forbidden to lean on the machine whilst it is operating
It is for forbidden to use the machine, or even part of the same, for purposes other than those listed in this manual.
It is forbidden to alter any parts of the machine and/or attach any other devices.
Adjustments of any sort, must only be undertaken by one person, and any unauthorised individuals are strictly forbidden from
approaching the machine whilst this is in progress.
Once the necessary adjustments have been made, the operating status of the machine, with the protections activated, must be reset as
quickly as possible.
The various components of the machine, its panels and controls must be cleaned using soft, dry cloths
Do not insert hands, arms or any other parts of the body into areas that are within the proximity of the moving parts.
When attempting to locate a fault or resolve a problem, all the necessary precautionary steps outlined in this manual must be taken.
Concentration should be totally focussed on the work at hand before starting to carry it out. When using the machine it is essential to
remain constantly vigilant, careful and alert at all times. Where an operator feels unwell or his physical state means that his level of
vigilance and alertness may be even slightly reduced, he should refrain from starting the machine.
It is compulsory for the user to adhere strictly to the general accident prevention regulations (never work with bare hands, always
wear a safety hat and glasses and always use protective footwear).
ATTENTION
DKC EUROPE will not consider itself liable for any damage or injury to persons and/or property where the failure to
observe any
of the above prohibitions has resulted in a fault occurring.
ATTENZIONE
Never allow any parts of the body to approach moving parts during piercing.
