Bubble Test:
1. Check the pressure gage setting.
2. Insert the bubble test
hose into the
corresponding test
connection (3) of the
measuring device.
3. Dip the other end of the
bubble test hose (4) into a
container filled with water.
4. Slowly open the
compressed air supply
valve. Purge the system
(allow compressed gas to
escape).
Purge regularly maintained systems for 2 to 3 minutes,
purge other systems for 5 to 6 minutes.
5. Count rising bubbles:
Severe build up of bubbles at CO
H
S and SO
test connection. In case of little or no

bubble build up, the device must be cleaned, See
section 6 on page 39.
Severe build up of bubbles in case of oil- and H
connection (uncountable). In case of little or no bubble

6. Close the valve.
