Demounting of wheels with bead wire
1. Block manually the working arm on the trolley.
2. Use the control lever to position the bead breaking
disk in correspondence of the internal edge of the
rim.
3. Use the control lever to press with the bead breaking
disk the tire bead towards the rim drop centre and
use the pedal to rotate without interruptions the
locking flange until the blocking ring is set free.
4. Use the appropriate lever (see special accessories,
Chap.3.4) (1), to remove the blocking ring from the
rim.
5. Press the pedal to release the working arm and use
the manipulator to move the trolley to the side oppo-
site the chuck bearing arm.

6. Remove the pin, turn the tool 180° and re-insert the
pin.
7. With the working arm upright, move the trolley to-
wards the chuck bearing arm and past the tyre, and
fasten the working arm manually onto the trolley.
8. Use the control lever to press with the bead breaking
disk the tire bead towards the drop centre of the rim
and use the pedal to rotate without interruptions the
locking flange until complete ejection of the tire from
the rim.

For wheels that are particularly hard or that are
blocked on the rim it is suggested to use two locking
clamps (2) available upon request. Use the clamps
to block the ring on the rim in order to set free
also the tire ring during bead breaking of the front
edge. If the ring doesn't come off make the tire with
the stuck ring come out. To remove it lock it to the

machine locking flange as if it were a normal rim and
bead break it from the back.
